Monthly
RETAINER PROGRAM
YOUR ON-DEMAND IN-HOUSE DESIGNER
Perfect for businesses who need on-going website maintenance or designed materials on a monthly basis, but don't want to hire a full time designer.
WHY CHOOSE A
RETAINER PROGRAM?
A retainer program covers all the services you’ve come to love and need all bundled up for a monthly fee. It’s perfect for those who need design services throughout the year without having to worry about fluctuating design fees. You will gain peace of mind with a guaranteed amount of work each month under a special discounted rate with a priority turnaround. You will have access to a professional designer without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!
HOW DOES A RETAINER PROGRAM WORK?
A retainer fee is like a monthly design fee. It is paid up front each month before work is ordered. Essentially, you are paying for blocked time versus a specific service. Based on the retainer package you select, I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. This way you can expect a pre-established amount of work each month at the same on-going price; A worry-free way to get monthly assistance without a fluctuating invoice.
MONTHLY RETAINER PROGRAM DETAILS
3 Month Minimum Commitment
You are obligated to start with a 3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program you're enrolled in to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business' needs. After that, we will shift to a 6, 9, or 12 month commitment.
Overage and Unused Hours
Each retainer contains a set number of hours each month. Overage time will be billed at the standard hourly rate found in your proposal/contract. Unused hours will expire at the end of each month. They do not roll over to the next month to ensure that I can allocate time for your projects each week and plan my workload accordingly. If I am running close to hitting our set hour threshold, I will let you know before going over. At the end of each month you will get a detailed invoice of the work completed and the hours allocated to them as well as any additional charges incurred throughout the month.
Who Qualifies for a Retainer?
The retainer program is available to returning clients only. If we haven't yet worked together, let's start by working on your branding, a new website or new logo or other designs first before considering the retainer program. This is to ensure a long-term contractual relationship is a good fit for us.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Step One — Schedule Consultation Call
To begin please fill out the form below to select the Monthly Retainer you are interested in. We will reply to your email with some available days/times to schedule a 30 minute consultation call on Zoom or over phone (depending on your preferences and/or timezone). During this call we will go over your business goals, upcoming projects and the type/amount of work you expect needing on a monthly basis to determine the best monthly retainer plan for your business.
Step Two — Signature & First Payment
Once the retainer agreement is signed and the initial retainer fee is paid, I will set up all your projects needed for the first month in my client service dashboard (We use Asana). From there you will be able to see how much time is being spent on each project as well as time remaining for the month. Prior to the 2nd month, we will have a conference call or video chat to review the next month's priorities. Payment for the month ahead will be due on the last day of each month; but since you will be paying for 3 months upfront, your next payment wouldn't be due until the end of the 3rd month.
Step Three — Repeat & Reevaluate
At the end of your contract (month 3), we will review the program to see if you want to adjust the number of hours reserved each month before signing again. From here you will pay for the retainer on a monthly basis before the next month begins until the end of your contract.
